Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Support@GiannaChavez.shop. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior request for a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have and once your return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.
Refunds:
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your account.
