How long does it take Gianna Chavez to ship?

We understand that timely shipping is extremely important to our loyal customers. Our goal is to ship within 1-2 business days. Expedited shipping methods will ship the same day if the order is placed before 11:00 AM EST. Please note that any expedited shipping method selected after 11:00 AM EST will be shipped the next business day. Our customer service team will notify you by phone or email if your package is expected to be delayed for a significant period of time.

NOTE: While we work seven (7) days a week to meet our goals, during peak holiday seasons, delays may increase overall shipping times.

Shipping Rates:

At Gianna Chavez, you can easily review all shipping rates and shipping methods during the checkout process before placing your final order. The shipping rate displayed includes shipping and handling charges. In many cases, we use a lot of packaging materials to ensure that the item reaches the customer safely, and our shipping rates reflect these packaging materials and handling charges. In most cases, you will still find that our shipping rates are much lower than our competitors because we take great care to negotiate the best rates with our carriers and pass on most of these discounts to our customers.

International Shipping:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

When will I receive my shipment?

We are located in Mississippi. Depending on your location, your order will typically arrive within 1-3 business days of processing for most US residents. To keep you informed, we will send a shipping confirmation email with your order's tracking number as soon as it leaves our warehouse. Please note that all Alaska and Hawaii orders will take 4-6 business days to arrive after the package is shipped.

Where will my order be shipped from?

All Gianna Chavez orders are shipped from Tupelo, Mississippi. We never drop ship. All shipping is done in-house, which guarantees quality, speed, and accuracy. Gianna Chavez's drop shipping model allows you to get our highest quality products from around the world quickly and affordably.
